Impresionante disco debut del mc angelino MED aka Medaphoar. Este trabajo esta editado por el sello Stones Throw, que tiene y tuvo en sus filas a gente tan importante como MF Doom, Madlib o el difunto J Dilla (RIP). Un gran trabajo del mc, complementado por un excelente trabajo de los productores. Estos son Madlib (que lleva el peso de la producción con 14 temas), J Dilla (2), Oh No (1) y Just Blaze (1) . Es muy dificil destacar una sola canción, pero esa deberia ser Cant Hold On. Tracklist:
